Principal
Stefan Hasselblad is the founder and principal attorney of Eagle Cap Law. An Oregon native, graduate of Harvard Law School, and former U.S. Army Infantry officer with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, Stefan brings a deep commitment to integrity, clarity, and practical problem-solving to his legal work.
Stefan has practiced complex civil litigation in Washington D.C. and Boise, Idaho, representing clients in federal and state courts across the country. His civil litigation experience includes class action defense, large corporate contract disputes, securities litigation, trade secret cases, antitrust matters, and healthcare-related litigation. He also served as a federal prosecutor in West Virginia where he prosecuted drug, gun, immigration, and white-collar fraud crimes.
Stefan lives in Wallowa County with his wife, where they raise cattle and sheep on their property on Alder Slope outside of Enterprise. He enjoys exploring Hells Canyon and the Eagle Cap Wilderness.
